Equinox Card Reading & Sound Bath
WHat is this event
You can expect to arrive, check in then get settled into the studio space.
To begin Danielle will pull cards for the group asking for any guidance for what the group needs to hear right now. Once that has happened we will move into a guided meditation to help everyone settle and move into the sound bath. During the sound bath portion you will experience 60 minutes of frosted chakra quartz bowls, finishing with the ocean drum.
WHat to bring
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and any comfort items you might like to have with you. There are yoga mats available to rent from the studio. The bolsters and blankets are free for your use.

- Those who have diagnosed vertigo or random onsets of vertigo
- Anyone who has recently had a severe concussion
- Anyone experiencing active PTSD episodes.
- Sound educed Epilepsy
The vibrations from the instruments used can trigger or worsen any of these conditions please verify with your doctor if it is safe for you to attend a group sound bath session where vibrations & sounds from instruments will be played loudly.
Nidra, Yin Yoga & Sound Bath
WHat is this event
A slow unwind for anyone needing to release tension and simply be still. Gentle yin yoga opens the class, the bowls playing softly beneath it, before we settle into yoga Nidra, where the sound swells and Kyle's voice anchors the room into deep rest.
WHat to bring
Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes and any comfort items you might like to have with you. There are yoga mats available to rent from the studio. The bolsters and blankets are free for your use.

Pre-Registration for Indoor Sound Bath event 11am-Noon (small group session) Focus on intention setting for the day and activities.
Outdoor Sound Bath 4pm-5pm (large group session) Focus on integrating the day and grounding session before heading home.

Join for this offering at Canmore Hot Yoga where there will be a 45 min chakra bowl sound bath included as part of the regular yoga studio membership or drop in pass.
If you'd like to pair this sound bath class with Yin Yoga class before hand, this class was strategically placed for you to maximize on your night.

Join for this offering at Canmore Hot Yoga where there will be a group of rotating facilitators holding space and offering a breathwork class as part of the regular yoga studio membership or drop in pass.
As I am new to breathwork I'm excited to be one of the co facilitators that will be offering support during these sessions.
